Employee Spotlight: Aaron Camp

Starting this month, I will be highlighting our employees with a little Q&A session so you can get to know us better!
Q: What is your role at Testerman Restoration?
A: I am a Project Manager at Testerman.
Q: Before working at TR what was the most fun, unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
A: My most fun job was when I was 16, it was only the second job I had. Hanging Christmas lights in our town square in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Q: How did you first learn about Testerman Restoration?
A: I worked for Ben’s cousin Bryan Testerman.
Q: How has TR helped you in your career development?
A: I have increased my knowledge of remodeling and restoration. Before I worked on new construction, so this has helped me learn how to take on special projects. I have also learned a lot about managing my time and making the most of my day.
Q: If you could switch your job with anyone else within the company whose job would you want?
A: Ben Testerman, because I want to go to the top, baby!
Q: What has been your favorite project at TR?
A: I led a team during a large remodel this summer. It was difficult and challenging for us, but we did an awesome job.
Q: What is your favorite part about working for TR?
A: I really enjoy the people I work with, and the fact that there is always a different project going on.
Q: What is your proudest moment at TR?
A: So far..Finishing that large remodel job!

Q: Where is your hometown?
A: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Q: What is something not many folks know about you?
A: I like to talk a lot, so I’m pretty sure everyone knows everything about me (haha).
Q: Do you have a favorite outdoor or indoor activity?
A: Grilling out and enjoying a cold drink while I do it.
Q: What has been your best vacation?
A: The Bahamas
Q: Do you have a favorite quote or line from a movie?
A: “That’s the Way the Cookie Crumbles”
Q: Do you have a work nickname?
A: “A-Aron”
Q: You are happiest when?
A: I wake up in the morning!
Q: If you were a hot dog, and you were starving, would you eat yourself?
A: Absolutely.
