Welcome back!
Have you ever experienced an insurance claim in your home?
If not, you may find yourself wondering, “What would happen if my water line to my refrigerator ruptures, and I am left with a kitchen full of water?” Or maybe, “What if that huge tree I’ve been meaning to cut down comes straight through the living room during this storm?” Or, “I am a horrible cook, what if I burn the Thanksgiving turkey?” Those are some disastrous scenarios.
For most folks, their home is their biggest asset. At Testerman, we understand that damage to your property can create more than inconvenience and loads of frustration it can result in unwanted stress and emotional turmoil (Ain’t nobody got time for that!). Our goal is to get you back to normal and sane as soon as humanly possible. Our group has a hefty 30 plus years of combined experience in the industry so rest assured, we’ll get the job done.
In case you were wondering how this process works, these are the steps we’ll take together:
- Give us a call, we respond in 30 minutes.
- A meeting is set to check out the damage, you’ll see our estimator soon.
- The estimate is prepared.
- We agree with your adjuster on a final price that looks good for all parties.
- Your contract is signed and we get to work.
- You’ll have constant communication for the duration of the job by office staff, project and production managers, and onsite workers.
- Job completion (hallelujah!).
- You’re back to normal, and we follow up to make sure.
