Contractor Connection Conference Highlights

Last month we had the opportunity to go to Dallas, Texas for a few days to attend the annual Contractor Connection conference. We gear up every year and head to a different city to network and get ideas on how to better serve our clients and customers.
This year the theme was “Restore”, and nearly 3,500 network member contractors, insurance carrier clients, and vendor service providers were in attendance.
We had a very energetic Keynote speaker, and learned what it means to have an excellent brand, how important it is to be well trusted, and gained knowledge on hiring and keeping good team members. We learned technical procedures, estimating guidelines, and how to enhance our overall performance scores on the program.
The Contractor Connection staff, and insurance companies and clients definitely provided us with unique insight into the industry, with a focus on improving the overall customer experience, quality of our work, and timeliness of service. We learned that when the unexpected happens, property owners need peace of mind that someone will be there to support them, guide them, and help restore their life.
Every day we have the opportunity to put that mission into action by servicing our insurance carrier clients and their policyholders. We feel that the knowledge we gained will help us to better serve our clients on every job we take on!
